Brand Armory Before you buy

You buy it,
nobody else
can.

No licences, no seats, no "extended commercial" upsell. One payment, the whole system, and the listing is dead the second it sells. Here is exactly how that works.

What happens when you pay

01

Pick a kit

Every card lists the real file count, folders, formats, largest asset and full palette. Click the sheet to read the whole contents at full size before you spend anything.

02

Pay on the page

The card form opens over the kit. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Stripe handles it — your card details never touch this site.

03

Files unlock instantly

You land on a confirmation page with your download waiting. The same link goes to the email you paid with, along with your licence. No waiting on a human.

04

It is delisted forever

That kit comes off the site immediately and is never sold, licensed or reissued to anyone else. No second copy, no variant edition.

What you can and cannot do with it

Yours to do

  • Use it as your brand — token, product, company, anywhere in the world, forever.
  • Change anything. Recolour it, redraw it, extend it. It is your identity now.
  • Sell merch, run ads, mint, print. No revenue cap, no seat count.
  • Apply for a trademark in a mark from the kit.
  • Pass it on if you sell the brand, provided the buyer accepts the terms.

Not yours to do

  • Resell it as design assets — as stock, templates or a brand kit. Use it as your brand; don't resell it as artwork.
  • Sell the fonts on their own.
  • Claim you drew it.
  • Use it unlawfully or in a way that tramples someone else's rights.

Straight answers

Why are there no refunds?

Because the sale is irreversible in a way normal products aren't. The instant you pay, that kit is pulled from sale and can never be sold to anyone again — the thing of value you bought is the exclusivity, and it is spent at the moment of purchase. Taking the files back doesn't restore it.

So every number is published before you pay, the whole contents sheet is one click away at full size, and questions by email are answered before purchase, not after. Read it first. Full detail in the terms of sale.

Does "one of one" really mean one?

Yes, and it's a contract term, not a slogan. Brand Armory will not sell, license, reissue or republish that kit — or a substantially similar version — to anyone else, ever. The only right kept back is showing the work in a portfolio. It is never used as an identity and never issued again.

Was this made with AI?

Yes, and it's worth understanding what that changes. You can use the assets commercially and you can apply to trademark a mark from the kit — the USPTO cares whether a mark identifies your goods, not who drew it. You likely cannot register copyright in the images themselves, because US copyright requires human authorship. For a brand, trademark is the protection that matters.

Is the name included?

No — deliberately. Kits ship with no rendered project text anywhere, so the name is yours to choose and yours to own. Checking that a name is free and legal where you trade is your job, not ours.

Do I need to clear it before using it?

Yes. No trademark, copyright or design clearance search has been run on these assets, and generative models can produce work resembling something that already exists. Before you adopt a mark commercially, run a clearance search in every territory you trade in and take your own legal advice.

Can I get extra sizes, mockups or vectors?

Ask. Small additions after purchase are usually no trouble — email wolfe@brandarmory.xyz with what you need.

How do I pay, and is my card safe?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, in a Stripe form that opens on the page. Stripe handles the card end to end — the details never reach this site and are never stored here.

My download failed. Now what?

Email wolfe@brandarmory.xyz from the address you paid with and it will be re-sent. A broken download is a delivery problem and gets fixed — it is not a reason for a refund.
